We just had a northern Vietnam tour with Hanoi Voyages, touring Van Ho, Pu Luong, Ninh Binh, we had a superb time. Sophie c/o with Hanoi Voyages was so helpful, gave us so many valuable advice and make sure everything goes smoothly from the beginning of the planning till we return to our home country. The driver Mr Dong, the guide Mr Quach Tan (also guide from minority village) are amazing. We cant wait to visit Vietnam again with them.

Wonderful trip in Vietnam with a wonderful agency
We had a wonderful three weeks trip with HANOI VOYAGE in Vietnam. We are a family of 5 people with young children. We visited Hanoi, Ninh Bin, Halong Bay, Sapa, Hue, Hoi Han and Danang : everthing was perfect. The recommended hotels, the guides who were all super nice and interesting, the transfers which were allways well organized. We highly recommended this agency.

We had a fabulous trip in July 2026. The organization was truly excellent. Everything went perfectly. We found our interactions with Hanoi Travel to be exceptional. The team was very responsive, efficient, and attentive, both before the trip to plan it together and understand our expectations, and during the trip with personalized support. Having a contact person available from beginning to end was a real comfort. The hotels were all excellent, comfortable, very clean, and ideally located. The vehicles were very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. The drivers were efficient. The guides were also very friendly and engaging. We wholeheartedly recommend Hanoi Travel, a reputable company that leaves nothing to chance.

Back from our 15-day trip to Vietnam, we have our heads full of memories. We went as a family of five and it was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to Léa from Hanoi Voyages who listened to our needs and organized a tailor-made trip for us. We were able to discover the diversity of landscapes and cultures, and the kindness of the Vietnamese people. I recommend them 100%. A big thank you also to Djuong and Thin, our two French-speaking guides, who enriched our stay with their knowledge, and thank you to the drivers as well, who were very discreet and lovely.

What can I say?! This three-week trip to Vietnam, organized by Hanoi Voyages, was fantastic in every way! First of all, our contacts (Marie initially, then Elodie) were incredibly professional throughout the planning of this wonderful trip. Even while we were there, Elodie was always available and responded to our needs very quickly. Our various drivers were always punctual and very attentive. And their shyness was truly touching. Furthermore, our French-speaking guides allowed us to discover the history, culture, traditions, and hidden gems of Vietnam. A huge thank you to them. The hotels and restaurants were of very high quality. The activities offered and the beauty of the sites we visited were exceptional! In conclusion, another big thank you to Hanoi Voyages. We wholeheartedly recommend this agency.
