We prioritize the principle of having a guide specialized by region, as their role is essential in introducing you to the discovery of our country.

The guide also acts as an accompanying escort throughout your journey.

Our guides are professional, licensed, and certified by the National Tourism Administration. They have completed specific training that authorizes them to practice this profession. They are by no means students recruited on a temporary basis, whose skills would not meet the quality standards of our services.

Our service: Private road vehicles

All road travel is provided in a private vehicle.

Particular attention is paid to the safety, maintenance, and comfort of the vehicles transporting our clients. These vehicles are always almost new, air-conditioned, and perfectly adapted to the number of passengers and the volume of luggage.

Rail transportation

Depending on the routes in operation, there are different categories of carriages and comfort levels.

Hanoi Voyages has selected for you sleeper carriages reserved for tourists, ranging from superior to high-end standards.

There are three levels of comfort, and Hanoi Voyages has selected for you:

• Superior standard: on the LIVITRAIN – soft sleeper berths, in air-conditioned cabins for 2 or 4 people.
• Superior standard: on the TULICO Train – soft sleeper berths, in air-conditioned cabins for 4 people.

These carriages are equipped with toilets with washbasins, and catering services are available.

On the Hanoi–Ho Chi Minh City route, travel is by national train, LIVITRAIN, or TULICO.

To reach Hue, this is the train you will take.
