Legal Status of Hanoi Voyages

License issued by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism

License number: 01-022 /2009/ TCDL-GP LHQT

HANOI VOYAGES is a travel agency registered in Vietnam, operating in accordance with Vietnamese regulations. It designs and organizes tailor-made trips in Vietnam and Asia, in cooperation with selected local service providers/partners (accommodation, transportation, guides, activities, etc.).

The contract is concluded between the client and HANOI VOYAGES.
The participant in the trip is the client of HANOI VOYAGES.

1. Reservation and booking of a trip are formalized by:

  • the written acceptance of the quotation through signed documents;
  • the payment of a deposit;
  • the full General Terms and Conditions of Sale provided to the client.

2. Prices and Payments

  • Prices are established on the basis of the selected services.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking and shall be paid according to the terms specified in the quotation and in the contract made available to the client.
  • The balance due shall be paid according to the terms specified in the quotation and in the contract made available to the client.
  • Payments shall be invoiced according to the progress of the booking file.
  • All bank charges, regardless of the banking institution, are always borne by the client.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Any modification or cancellation of the trip initiated by the client may result in fees, which vary depending on the date of cancellation and the nature of the booked services.
  • A summary table specifies the cancellation fees according to the cancellation dates.
  • Modifications or cancellations initiated by the client or by HANOI VOYAGES are detailed in the full and detailed General Terms and Conditions of Sale provided to the client together with the quotation.

4. Liability

HANOI VOYAGES is responsible for the proper performance of the services provided for in the contract, including when such services are carried out by local partners.

5. Insurance

  • Any client traveling with HANOI VOYAGES must hold travel insurance including coverage for insurance, assistance, and repatriation.
  • Additional guarantees are also strongly recommended.
  • The choice of the insurer is free, whether through insurance linked to a bank card or through a policy subscribed with an insurance company.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional or unavoidable circumstances or force majeure (climatic, health, political conditions, etc.), HANOI VOYAGES may be required to modify or cancel all or part of the trip in order to ensure safety.

7. Claims

Any claim must be submitted in writing within the time limits specified in the full General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
